At DinoMite Endurance, I take your privacy seriously and look after the information that you share with me. This privacy note is to help you understand how and why information is collected, who your data is shared with and what your rights are.

What type of information do you collect?

I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website and on any athlete questionnaires that I may ask you to complete. In addition, I collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. I may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I also collect comments, feedback and recommendations.

How do you collect information?

When you sign up as either as a coached athlete or as part of DinoMite Endurance Team, I collect personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used to arrange and implement any training plans that you require and inform you about any developments of the team.

Why do you collect such personal information?

I collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate any necessary Services that you may require;
To be able to contact my Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

My company is hosted on the wix.com platform. wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell any products and services to you. Your data may be stored through the data storage, databases and the general wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Any direct payment gateways offered by wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do you communicate with your site visitors?

I may contact you to notify you to share information about events and products, to keep you updated on new things, share information, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, and to send updates about my company. For these purposes I may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

How do you use cookies and other tracking tools?

Where services are delivered on the internet, this sometimes involves placing small amounts of information on your device (e.g. your computer, mobile phone, tablet). These include small files known as cookies. They cannot be used to identify you personally.

www.dinomiteendurance.com is hosted on the wix.com platform. Cookies are implemented in every site built by wix, as well as third party cookies which enhance my site (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) which are controlled by them.

If you wish to restrict or block the cookies which are set by my website, you can do this through your browser settings. The ‘help’ function within your browser should tell you how.
