IM / 70.3 Plan
Designed for those athletes who are looking to go longer distances. Daily feedback sessions and bi-weekly reviews will mean you will get to the start line ready to smash whatever event you are taking part in. This package also comes with Best Bike Split workouts for your intended race

Olympic / Sprint Plan
The most popular package will meet the requirement of most athletes who are looking grab a PB at their next event. It provides a good level of contact with your coach with additional race planning

F.I.T Plan
These plans are for those athletes who are looking to get back into training or aiming to maintain fitness over the off-season

Run Plans
For those athletes who want to get to the start line of your next race in the best possible shape. Unlimited coach contact and daily feedback makes sure you are in constant communication with your coach.

DinoMite Endurance Team Plans
Designed exclusively for members of DinoMite Endurance Team who are looking for weekly sessions but cannot commit to group sessions that are traditionally offered by other Triathlon Clubs.

​What you get:
For only £30 per month, you will receive, directly into your TrainingPeaks account:
1 Swim session, 1 Bike session and 1 Run session
​
How long do they last?
Sessions run in 12 week blocks and you as an athlete can decide which days you want to do each session. This gives you the freedom to complete the workouts around your lifestyle, not the other way round

Strength & Conditioning Plans
All of my plans will include both Strength & Conditioning and Mobilty sessions to help your not only get stronger but also help you recover and keep you in shape throughout the training plan and your racing season.
